1.北极虾去头,剪虾须,清理干净,备用。

2.加入葱姜末。

10.铁炉上炉,热锅放油,烧至七成热。

11.倒入腌制好的北极虾,大火翻炒至虾变色。

12.加适量的热水,大火煮开。

13.加蚝油,增味调色,盖锅,中小火烧五分钟,盛出备用。

14.另起油锅,倒入白果,炒匀。

16.倒入青椒块,炒匀。

17.将先炒好盛出的北虾汤汁倒入。

18.大火,烧入味。

19.再倒入炒好的北极虾,翻炒均匀。

20.加鸡精,增鲜调味,即可出锅。
小窍门&温馨提示
1、腌制虾时,已加盐调味,再加上烹制时,加入的蚝油有咸度,所以,最后不需要再加盐,个别口重者,可视情况增加咸度。
2、烹饪北极虾时,可多加些热水,这样,可以多留些汤汁,以备后面加入时蔬能烧入味。
3、时蔬倒入后,一定要加北极虾的汤汁,待烧入味后,再加北极虾,这样,味道会更加好。
4、白果一次性不能多吃,一天不能超过10个。
